"Our warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase*
During this period, if the product does not function as advertised or is found to be defective, we (Kunstpaleis) will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water, drop or general improper treatment of the smartwatch.
To invoke this warranty, you must provide proof of purchase and contact us (Kunstpaleis) by email for instructions on how to proceed. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
To take advantage of this warranty, you must follow these steps:

Please collect all necessary information and documents, including proof of purchase and other relevant documents that support the fact that the product is ours.

Please contact customer service to inform us of the problem and provide the required information and documents. The customer service representative will assist you in determining whether the defect is covered by the warranty and then provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the claim.

Follow the customer service representative’s further instructions, which may include returning the product to us for inspection or repair. The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges. If it is determined to be under warranty and we need to repair or replace the product, we will pay the return shipping costs.

Once we receive the product and verify that it is under warranty, we will repair or replace the product and ship it back to you. If the product is repaired, it will be returned to the customer in good working order. If the product is replaced, it will be replaced with a new or refurbished product of the same model.
