We have a 14 day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can do this by emailing support@kunstpaleis.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, meaning without defects and/or signs of use and in the original packaging + accessories. You will also need the purchase confirmation that you received from us by email immediately after your order.

To initiate a return, you must first contact us at support@kunstpaleis.com to make a return request.

If this return request is accepted (if it falls within the 14 day return period), we will send the instructions and the return form. Items that are returned to us without first submitting a return request (without a return form) will be not  accepted.

We will refund, if checked and approved, the purchase amount and any shipping costs. The costs for returning are for the customer. For any further return questions, you can always contact us via support@kunstpaleis.com

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item so we can evaluate and resolve the problem.

We do not accept items that are defective.

Swap
Changed your mind? It can happen! The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you received. Again, you will need to file a return request first, for the correct documentation. Once you receive notification that your return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the correct item.

European Union 14 days cooling-off period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it without signs of use and in the original packaging + accessories.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received your return and it has been inspected. We will let you know if your refund has been approved. We cannot accept returns that do not include a return form. not  accept. If approved , you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@kunstpaleis.com
