Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us.
Shipping is free for orders over €50 in NL & BE
For orders under €50, you pay €6.95 shipping costs
After we have passed your order on to one of our carriers PostNL and Bpost, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email with a 'Track Order' button . This will take you directly to the tracking on our site, so you can follow the live tracking updates!
Of course we can help you change your delivery address! If your order has not yet been shipped, please send us the new details by email or even faster, call us.
If your order has already been shipped, don't panic! You can still reroute it using the carrier tracking link we provide in your shipping confirmation email.
*NB: We can only ship your order to the address you provided when you placed your order - if you provided an incorrect address and the package is delivered there, we will not be able to collect it, so please check your address carefully!

Because we do our best to deliver your orders to you as soon as possible, you should contact us almost immediately. We cannot guarantee the cancellation or modification of your order, because it has often already been processed. So select your items carefully.
