Shipping and Returns
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Kunstpaleis covers shipping costs for orders above €50.
*You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, you will receive the link via email once your order has been shipped.
It may sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Kunstpaleis strives to deliver products quickly. If you place an order on weekdays before 21:00, we strive to process your order the same day. The average delivery time is 3-10 days.
I AM NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will wait for you for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a message from the driver, which will also state the pick-up location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.
REFUND
We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, meaning without any signs of wear and in the original packaging + accessories. You will also need the purchase confirmation that you received from us by email immediately after your order.
* To initiate a return, you must first contact us at support@kunstpaleis.com to make a return request.
If the return request is accepted (if it falls within the 14-day return period), we will send instructions on how and where to send the package. Items that are returned to us without first submitting a return request will be not accepted.
We will refund the purchase price and shipping costs if checked and approved. The costs for returning are for the customer. For any further return questions you can always contact us via support@kunstpaleis.com
DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item so we can evaluate and resolve the problem.
EXCHANGE
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and once you receive notification that your return has been accepted you can make a separate purchase for the correct item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAYS COOLING-OFF PERIOD
You have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving reasons. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it without any signs of use and in the original packaging + accessories.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. We cannot accept returns that do not include a return form and/or purchase confirmation. not accept. If approved , you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@kunstpaleis.com
