CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, you will receive the link via email once your order has been shipped.

It may sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Kunstpaleis strives to deliver products quickly. If you place an order on weekdays before 21:00, we strive to process your order the same day. The delivery time is 3-9 working days .

I AM NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will wait for you for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a message from the driver, which will also state the pick-up location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.
